SAMBICA offers five clean and comfortable housing options for overnight lodging ranging from two guests to 50.
Forum Cabins: Sleeps 50. Each of the Forum cabins sleeps 10 guests each. Cabins include solid wood bunks with comfortable extra-long twin-size mattresses. Each room is individually heated. Dorm style restrooms.
Joshua Lodge: Sleeps 48. Four rooms sleep 10, 1 room sleeps 8. Each room features bunk style beds with comfortable extra-long twin-sized mattresses. Each restroom contains two showers. Restrooms and showers are wheelchair accessible.
Country Cabins: Sleeps 20.
Two cabins closely located near the Speaker’s Cabin, Joshua Lodge, and Upper Field. Each cabin sleeps ten people in newly renovated solid wood bunks with 6-inch thick mattresses. Both cabins have their own restroom that include two showers each.
Speaker’s Cabin: Sleeps 2. Inviting a speaker or guest to inspire your group during your stay? Have them stay at the Speakers Cabin for a relaxing time! Two beds (one double, one twin) with provided linens complete with a kitchenette (refrigerator and freezer, coffee station, microwave), and restroom.
Grace Lodge: Sleeps 24. The remodeled Grace Lodge comfortably accommodates up to 24 overnight guests and is perfect for small groups. It includes showers, restrooms, and a spacious meeting area that make this a wonderful lodging space.

Dining Hall: Comfortable seating for up to 200 people. The Dining Hall includes a wood burning fireplace and cozy seating area for those cold fall and winter mornings. Our dining services serve high quality buffet-style meals and a large assortment of hot and cold beverages.
Upper Field: Completed in 2018, the SAMBICA athletic field is perfect for an intense game of baseball as well as lounging in the sun. Mostly turfed, the field is able to be used year-round in all weather.
The TAB: Built in the early 1920’s as a result of 2 days of prayer and a committed team of volunteers over an eight-day period, this building is full of memories. Great for large group games like floor hockey and dodge ball. Features a large floor space and two breakout rooms that seat 15 people each. Heated.
Waterfront: The pride of SAMBICA, the waterfront is a beautiful stretch of Lake Sammamish including a beach, dock, sloping hill perfect for lounging, as well as two diving boards and a slide. Relax along the shores of one of the finest lakes in Washington with mountain views.
Grounds: SAMBICA is located on 10 acres in Bellevue, WA. Though surrounded by a residential community, SAMBICA is a world away. Landscaped grounds, a walk to the lake, beachfront and other amenities make our grounds a great place to hang out, think, pray, quiet your heart, and reconnect to the things that really matter.
We offer a large variety of meeting spaces ranging from our intimate lake view Beach House to our large ‘amphitheater’ style Forum.
Lower Forum Meeting Room: This large carpeted amphitheater style room seats up to 300. Floor-to-ceiling power-windows feature great view of Lower Camp and Lake Sammamish. This room includes a stage, instrument hook-ups, a newly updated sound system, and two large flat screen TVs. A perfect space for a large meeting or worship service.
Upper Forum Meeting Room: This lodge-style room is a perfect registration zone. It acts as a large foyer for the Lower Forum Meeting Room. There is a pool table and foosball table, as well as a wood-burning fireplace, and board-room style table—perfect for playing board games! This space can be used on its own or the dividing wall can be opened up to join this space with the Lower Forum Meeting Room.
Beach House: This cozy meeting space features beautiful panoramic views of the lake. With room for up to 30 people it is perfect for times of thought, meditation and discussion. The Beach House sits 100 ft. from the shore of Lake Sammamish and is directly next to the Volleyball court. Take a meeting break to enjoy both! Restrooms are located on the lower floor and accessible from an outside entrance.
JL Meeting Room: The 972 square-foot meeting room comfortably holds 60 people and features a gas fireplace and piano. From its large windows you can see SAMBICA’s woodsy surroundings. Includes a large refrigerator (with freezer), microwave, coffee station, and tea selection.
Grace Meeting Room: A spacious meeting area complete with a white board. Take a break from your meeting to enjoy the added ping pong table!
