Once a week, summer staff gets together for food, fun, and fellowship organized by the Full Time Team. Designed as a relaxing time away from campers, these events focus on drawing staff from different teams together, providing a space to recharge, and experience camp just like our campers!
Covenant Groups integrate staff from every team, as well as allow staff to be poured into by Leadership Team members on a weekly basis in a small group setting. With separate men and women's small groups created by our devoted Full Time Team, Covenant Groups pray for one another, encourage each other in each of their roles, and share about their experiences at SAMBICA.
Organized by our Male and Female Team Advocates, SAMBICA recognizes the value in setting time aside for staff to experience fellowship and be poured into by Leadership Team members in a variety of discipleship opportunities. Through early morning prayer, worship nights, or street evangelism outings in Downtown Bellevue, there are plenty of ways to experience spiritual growth outside of camp hours.
